Witness Account
Object was completely stationary for extended period of time. Had to go inside so im not sure the duration of how long it was there. Object was shining and glistening at certain angles. Looked like a balloon potentially but it was unmoving, and much too far to still be inflated. Video was taken. I’ve never seen an object like this.
