I was in the middle of setting up my telescope in the backyard, fiddling with the dials and trying to get the perfect focus on Jupiter. Out of nowhere, this bizarre, shimmering shape materialized above the neighbor's old barn. It was kinda like a liquid mercury blob, morphing and pulsing as if it had a heartbeat. The strangest part? It emitted a low hum that seemed to resonate with my teeth. I was transfixed, trying to capture the sight with my phone, but the camera just showed a blur. As I stood there, a gust of wind picked up, swirling dust and leaves in a mini-tornado around my feet. I swear I saw a shadowy figure inside the craft, just watching.
