Witness Account

I have been watching these lights for the last two years coming out at early summer and increasing in activity in August and trailing off in early fall. Seems to coincide with the Big Dipper being in the north western skies in my area. It is not aircraft or drones. Solid white bright light when visible with naked eye. Using infrared night vision I was able to catch more. Definitely not meteors or satellites or civilian drone or aircraft. Military also not plausible as they come out every night late at night and don’t run navigational lights.
