Witness Account

I was walking with my son outside my apartment and turned around to switch direction. Across from me is a building, no longer in service , completely shut off and dark. Between myself and the building which is across the street on the other side -are a lot of trees. As i turned around, above the trees I saw flashing white lights in a rotating manner . The lights flickered and I moved to the side to get a better view as the trees were blocking the full view. As i approached closer -the lights suddenly disappeared. In a split second afterwards a helicopter flew right above me toward the direction of the building. No sounds were heard other than the helicopter afterwards
