Witness Account
I was in my backyard looking North East at the sky when I noticed a light traveling West at a high rate of speed. Suddenly it stopped and just stayed there. I noticed several lights around it start to appear, kind of blinking on and off. It was absolutely not an airplane, helicopter or drone.
