Witness Account
I was driving back to LA from Hard Rock Casino Tejon, I drove about 15 minutes and I saw a shiny white dot on the sky, it was slightly bigger than the stars, it's about the size of the orb here on the screen (I'm using a 27 inches 4k monitor) but a bit smaller than the moon. it was steady moving to from my left to right (about 5 inches reference to my windshield) back and forth for three times and each time take about 10 seconds. and then it move really fast (less than 1 second moved about 30% of my windshield) towards horizon without a light trail.
