Witness Account

I was in my room messing with my phone when I looked out the window and saw a white light blinking constantly. I thought it was a plane or a fighter jet from the air force, but aircraft don't stay still in the sky blinking. So when I went to grab my phone, I still didn't take my eyes off that thing, and when I was unlocking my phone to record, the light started blinking slowly and disappeared into the sky.
