Irregular, white flashing object. Semi stationary. 10 minute duration. Object varied its position by a few degrees.

Witness Account

Sighting location was backyard with 4 adults present, before start of twilight. Witness 1 first reported the object. Witness 2 eventually observed the object after 3 or 4 minutes. Witness 1 in mid 30's with excellent eyesight. Witness 2 in mid 60's with a military background and excellent awareness of civil and military aircraft/satellite's. Witness 2 can state with certainty object was not a civilian or military aircraft. Object height difficult to ascertain. Winds were gusting at 10-20mph at ground level from the East. Object was unaffected by wind. Witness 2 checked Starlink sighting database with zero correlations. Flight Radar checked, no visible aircraft. Object was at first difficult to spot. Once acquired, object would appear and disappear in an apparent random manor, varying its location by a few degrees. Witness 2 is very familiar with stellar objects and can confirm it was not a planet or star. Other witnesses could not pick out the object and gave up after a few minutes with Witness 1 continuing to observe the object for about 10 minutes. Object was eventually occluded by a dissipated aircraft vapour trail. Aircraft in this region appear between 2000 and 30000 ft.
