Witness Account

I was sitting outside on my stoop, and I saw it sort of come into existence. Looked as if it was hovering, over a local water overflow runway for rain runoff. Craft seemed to notice I noticed it and promptly faded away. It was a triangle black mass, with 3 orbs of light in a non-standard pattern.
