Witness Account

Stubby white cigar shaped anomaly moving so slow it got my attention. It was too steady and stable to be a balloon. It also was steady no, shaking or other movement besides going forward. I observed it for over a couple of minutes. Went inside to grab my binoculars and it was gone when I returned. I was gone at the most 30 seconds. As slow as it was going it should have been visible but was gone. It was approximately 1000 ft in the air but that’s a guess. I would be able to clearly tell if it was something else. Perfect clear blue sky.
