While riding my bike, everything suddenly froze, and I noticed a spinning disk with glowing hieroglyphics above me; then, everything returned to normal, and the disk vanished.

I was taking a ride around on my bike and then everything stoped, like it froze. I looked up and above my head there was a spinning disk like thing, it looked like there was some glowing hyroglyphics on the side, then everything when back to normal and it disappeared.
