Witness Account

As I looked up at the partially cloudy sky, I noticed a small, bright white light moving north to south somewhat erratically, pulsating I was carrying our small dog in a sling on my way to the park. Just before a pedestrian bridge, I looked up and noticed a bright, white light. It appeared to move slowly, getting brighter, then less bright or even not visible to my eye, then brightening in kind of an off-tempo flash. It traversed southward for about 45 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds before pausing for about 10-15 seconds, then headed east just a few degrees before pausing again and moving back north. I continued to watch the light, which appeared very small. It reminded me of a bright star, but this was during a sunny, partially cloudy day. I see a lot of air traffic around here both during the day and at night, but this object´s movement and light flashing pattern seemed unusual, which is why I stared at it as long as I did. It was moving slowly north when I finally decided to stop looking. My first thought was that it was a helicopter. It may well have been. I really don´t know for sure.
