i was out on a remote hiking trail in the red rock state park, just takin' a break after a long day of exploring those beautiful crimson formations. it was late afternoon, and i had stopped to rest by this little stream, listening to the gurgle of water. suddenly, out of nowhere, i heard this low hum, kinda like a bee, but much deeper and, y'know, almost melodic. i looked up, and there it was, hovering just above the treetops - a massive, silvery disk with a strange, pulsating glow around it. it wasn't spinning, more like it was gently swaying in place, and i swear, it seemed to be observing me. the weirdest part was the air around it felt charged, like before a lightning storm.
