Walked outside and witnessed a triangular craft with red lights flying over the trees. Made no sound

Witness Account

Between 2:45 and 3 a.m. I walked outside to throw out old food off my back deck. I looked up and saw a triangular shaped, lighted craft. It looked like a V with red lights all around the shape. There was no sound coming from the craft. It was low flying, but not so low I could make out anything other than the red lights around the V shape. I have no pictures. I stared at it for about 30 seconds before feeling a need to run inside.
