Witness Account

We (my dad, mom, and brothers) spotted 5 fire ball looking things falling from the sky along Holden Beach in North Carolina. First dad spotted two of them falling from the sky. Then after the rest of us walked outside, 3 more appeared in the sky above the beach. About 30 seconds after the three others appeared, the other first two disappear (slowly faded away). Now leaving only 3 "fireball" looking objects slowly falling evenly from the sky. Each of the fireball objects appeared to be perfectly lined up as they keep loosing elevation. Dad spotted the first two several minutes before he told us about them. Going to guess we/he watched them for about 10 minutes in total. They definitely weren't fireworks or something (which is illegal to do along the beach). Each of them had a slight smoke trail behind them as they falled or went out of sight. They were definitely several miles away from our location. We are on the island of Holden Beach, NC for vacation. NUFORC Note: Same incident: https://nuforc.org/sighting/?id=197948
