An oval shape unidentified object appeared above the mountains of gilgit

Witness Account

I was waiting for a friend at the airport parking lot of gilgit city in northern pakistan, the time was around 1 or 2 in the midnight, while waiting i was looking at mountains, it was a clear sky night with a few clouds on the edges of sky like the clouds were above mountains and everything was visible in moonlight, i noticed some movement in one of the clouds above a mountain. For a few seconds a oval shaped unidentified object came out of the clouds, i cant say the exact shaped of it but it was hollow like a ring with cyan type of light on the outer side, it was oval with metal kind of structure and lights outside, it disappeared so quickly , it was fast and didn’t appeared after it, i got goosebumps and it vanished before i could react
