Witness Account
Possible vertical horse shoe shape object with three round bulbs that reflected the sunlight as it rotated horizontally. The object appeared to be floating slowly drifting to the northeast. A vertical horseshoe looking object slowly rotating as it drifted. After a few minutes it stopped drifting ne and went vertical gaining 10,000 plus feet up to normal airline altitude as viewed from the ground. Harder to see after that. Then continued to drift NE until we lost sight. The bulbed area relected sunlight making it farely bright flickering as it rotated. Very large weather balloon with bizarre wing currents?
