Noticed it when opening a window ran and got 10x Vertex binoculars and went out front. From the time I first saw it until I stopped was probably a little less than a minute with about half that time watching through the binoculars. Perfect sphere, no variation in appearance. It was very bright white like landing lights on aircraft or at least as bright as Jupiter and approaching Venus in brightness. I followed it approximately 90 degrees of its arc. No variation of color or brightness throughout its arc unlike landing lights that would no longer be seen when going away from me. I’ve seen the space station and it was much dimmer and according to the internet its track wasn’t over me at that time. I got the impression that it was at airliner altitude but no way to judge scale. It was traversing the sky about twice as fast as airliners do at high altitude. Size wise it was about half the size of Venus and almost as bright. There are lots of commercial and military aircraft overhead (I'm adjacent to Camp Pendleton) and I pay attention to them. I’ve not seen anything like it before. No launches were made at Vandenberg and they leave a contrail anyway.
