Witness Account

Here I was, sitting on my roof while smoking a cigarette, it was around 10 PM and since it is winter, it was already a full night. I was listening to music in my ear-buds while taking drags of my cigarette and I was simply observing the clear night sky, with stars fully visible. There was quite a few stars, some less bright than others, and I could see airplanes in the distance alongside their red lights at the back of the planes. I believe I also saw one helicopter, also with a red air-traffic light. However, there was one "star" light that was slightly brighter than others, on the left side of the sky above a hill. I didn't really pay too much attention to it initially. But then I was wondering to myself why it was so bright, I thought it was maybe the North Star (Polaris) but I am truly horrible with this kind of stuff, so again, I didn't pay too much attention nor did I know exactly where Polaris would be. And then it happened, in the blink of an eye, the "star" that was stationary in the night sky for a long while now, basically instantly ZOOMED across the sky to the right and above a hill. It happened within a second or two, it picked up in speed incredibly fast and it definitely moved WAY faster than even the fastest of planes or drones. Exactly as if it had no air-resistance. It looked like it wasn't even that high up in the sky because of how fast it moved and how fast it went over the hill, and after a second (I could still see it), it's light disappeared as if it forgot to turn it off. I unfortunately do not have visual proof as it happened in a split second and it's not like my phone camera can see the night sky properly (plus people would just think I moved the camera to create the effect, and nowadays with AI and all those tools to edit videos/photos, who would believe it?) So you only have a testimony from someone who is not crazy. Hopefully you can believe in it too. It could have been anything, it could have been a drone (even though I seriously doubt drones could reach those speeds, move like that OR even have a light that strong in the night sky), I doubt it could be a plane because again, they do not move like that. Some people have told me that MAYBE it can be a satellite or light that reflects from the satellite but I seriously doubt it would produce this effect. So here is the testimony from a confused person trying to seek the truth. Thank you for reading.
