Witness Account

Was driving down a neighborhood street when I saw a row of bright red lights flashing in the sky, they were stationary, and lights were flashing in a pattern from left to right, there were about 9 lights. I kept driving but then decided to turn around to make a video. When I got back there 5 min later the lights were still there. So I took my phone out and recorded it. I wondered if they were on top of a mountain or something tall so the next day in the morning I drove back there to check and there is nothing there where the lights were flashing it’s just the sky.
