Witness Account
I was driving and noticed a small “dot” or orb above the moon. I have never witnessed anything like it so I recorded but my videos don’t do it justice it was so strange. It didn’t move just hung there right above the moon. Some views make it seem like it was a green color. I don’t know what it could possibly be but it stayed in place for over 15 minutes.
