Witness Account

So, I'm out on my deck, trying to fix the grill 'cause it keeps acting up. It's just me, the stars, and the sound of waves since my house backs up to the bay. Suddenly, there's this weird humming noise, like an electric saw but softer. I look up, and there's this thing hovering just above the water, like it's checking out the seafood selection. It's shaped like a giant, silver teardrop with what looks like neon hieroglyphics glowing on the side. It's just hanging there, maybe 200 feet up, casting these crazy ripples on the water. I could swear I saw something moving inside, like shadows or figures, but it was hard to tell.
