Witness Account

Every evening around sunset, I watch this thing fly in from the rear of my property. It hovers around 400 feet and drifts around to various positions around the property. Usually 2 to 3 hours later we watch retreat in the same direction it came from. Every evening around sunset for over a year, this white light maneuvers onto our property from the north. It changes color periodically from white to amber and uses various altitudes always staying out of clear photo or video range. When you spotlight it, it appears to dim and retreat or adjust altitude. We have notified FAA and local law enforcement who have had no answers. We are retired law enforcement and legal professionals who would appreciate some answers. This is very concerning.
