I was out at a remote cabin in the woods with my buddy Joe. We were out there to escape the hustle of city life, maybe catch some fish and just breathe some fresh air. It was around midday, and we were setting up for a barbecue when we heard this strange humming sound, like a swarm of bees but mechanical. At first, we thought it was some kind of engine malfunction, but there was no vehicle in sight. Then, right above the tree line, this oval-shaped thing appeared. It was glinting silver with a ring of soft lights running around its middle, kinda like a disco ball that decided to go alien. It hovered there, rotating slowly, like it was scanning the area or something.
