A big black orb floating in the sky. Windy day, but object would appear to hover then continue movement in alternating directions I was driving to pick up dinner and I saw something in the sky out of the corner of my eye. I glanced and noticed it happened to look abnormal and glanced again and noticed it was a sphere. I had seen a similar sphere about a month previous and was out on a run and did not have my phone with me. I u turned immediately into an empty parking lot and began to film it. I took a few videos. The object moved inconsistently, sometimes it seemed to hover, sometimes it would drift. I got a few videos so I had to get going to pick up the food but I could still see it when I left. I also saw two planes in the sky within a 20 minute period, and both were far different , and much further away. The object was on the underside of the cloud level, the planes were not. It was a windy day and the orb did not seem to follow wind patterns although at that altitude it could be different, the clouds in the background were moving consistent and it would sometimes move with them, sometimes stop, sometimes go a bit to the side etc.
