Uber/Lyft driver saw bright UAP near airport 3 times; hovered, vanished, and once rapidly dropped near treetops.

I drive for Lyft and Uber and almost nightly basis and this is the third time I’ve seen this exact same thing hovering above the airport and then just disappear not moving this time. I actually saw an airplane that was coming in for a landing, literally under it the timing was exact because I looked at my watch 10:30 PM so whatever plane was landing at that exact time maybe talk to the pilot I’m sure they had to have seen it the first time I saw it. I had passengers in the back and they saw it too. It was hovering not over the airport but maybe a bit to the west we were going down highway 94 and I pointed it out because it was really bright and then it dropped from like 3000 feet to just above the tree tops and a split second and stop there and that’s where it stayed until we turned the corner and couldn’t see it anymore. All three of these times it was right by the airport like that’s gotta be a bit of a issue with safety. I thought that’s a no fly zone so it’s not going to be a drone. It’s not gonna be anything else hovering other than some kind of unexplained aerial phenomenon.
