Lights made anomalous movements, crossed trajectories and disappeared near Venus for about 20 minutes. On the night of August 2, around 8:30 p.m., I experienced, alongside Regina, an event for which we have not yet found a convincing explanation. We were on a LATAM flight between Brasília and Congonhas Airport in São Paulo. Already relatively close to the capital of São Paulo, we began to observe some lights in the sky that immediately drew our attention because of their unusual behavior. They were not simply luminous points following an apparently regular trajectory. The lights changed position, made movements that seemed anomalous to us, crossed paths with each other and, at certain moments, disappeared, later reappearing at other points. We also had a privileged reference to follow these movements: Venus. The planet was perfectly visible and the lights appeared visually close to it. That allowed us to clearly perceive that those luminous points were changing position relative to a fixed reference in the sky. And it was not an observation of a few seconds. We followed the phenomenon for at least 20 minutes. Throughout that time, we naturally tried to find an explanation for what…
