So, I'm at this crazy family reunion at my uncle's farm, and everyone's too busy arguing over whose potato salad is better. Meanwhile, I'm sneaking away to the barn for a bit of peace. Just as I'm about to climb up to the loft, I hear this low humming noise, like a swarm of bees but mechanical. I look outside, and hovering just above the cornfield is this weird, shiny disc. It's rotating slowly, and it's got these pulsating colors that shift like a kaleidoscope. I'm frozen, just staring at this thing, when suddenly it shoots off, leaving a trail of shimmering particles in its wake. I don't think anyone else saw it because they were all too busy bickering inside.
