Witness Account

The observer is an experienced aviator with practical experience piloting both helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), possessing thorough familiarity with standard aviation physics, quadcopter acceleration curves, banking profiles, and typical night-aviation lighting configurations. At approximately 10:45 PM, two distinct, bright white lights were observed operating over the open water of the Atlantic Ocean. The objects were positioned approximately 1.5 hands (estimated 15 to 20 degrees) above the ocean horizon line under a highly overcast sky with a low, thick cloud deck. The physical objects presented as solid, stable, self-luminous white orbs. Both lights maintained a perfectly steady, constant luminosity without any visible pulsing, strobing, flashing, or color variation. There was no visible mechanical structure, wings, rotors, exhaust plumes, or localized beams of light emanating from the sources. The objects operated in complete silence. The movement of these objects was entirely non-ballistic and completely contradicted standard aircraft or drone propulsion physics. The two lights moved wildly and erratically, but they clearly interacted with each other in…
