Witness Account

So, it was an ordinary Tuesday, and I was trying to get a hang of painting in my attic studio. My canvas was an explosion of blues and greens, and I was lost in the hues when a metallic humming sound broke my concentration. At first, I thought it was the old air conditioner, but then I noticed this bizarre shimmering disk hovering just outside the attic window. It was the size of a small van, rotating slowly with lights pulsating in a rhythm that matched the beat of my heart. I couldn't take my eyes off it. As it hovered there, I swear I felt a sense of curiosity emanating from it, like it was examining my work. Suddenly, it shot off at an angle with a whoosh, disappearing into the clouds.
