So I'm hanging out on my rooftop, trying to get some inspiration for my next art piece. It's been a bit of a block, you know? Suddenly, this weird humming sound fills the air. I look up, and there's this disc-like thing hovering above the skyscrapers, but it's kinda see-through, like a ghost spaceship or something. It moves real smooth, not like any plane or helicopter I've ever seen. The edges were shimmering, kinda like how the air looks above hot pavement, but way more intense. Then it just zoomed away, like a blink and you'd miss it. I was alone, but I'm pretty sure my neighbor's cat saw it too, cause it started hissing at the sky.
