Witness Account

Around the area of Sandcut and West Brazil, we've been experiencing random flickers of power throughout the early morning hours. Usually during those hours, the neighbors' animals shut up for long brief moments as well, and trust me, they yell at everything. But during those times, I'll hear the whooshing noise that planes make and that's usually around 2-3AM when I get home from work. it's weird. we live within 20 miles of Terre Haute Regional Airport and that could be it, but it doesn't explain the animals and the power flickering during that time, nor does it explain why it's happening here recently, and not within the 4 years i've lived in my home.
