Stargazing one night no moon what appeared to be a satellite traveling north to south very bright white light size of a match head turned right and descended and became bright blue with the light couple of seconds turned right again very much lower about the size of a quarter and got larger to about the size of a half dollar when it passed me I would guess it was 2 to 4,000 ft High. No sound but shortly after a strong wind hit for a couple of seconds my skin turned into Goosebumps. I got dizzy and felt nauseous for a few hours afterwards and I'm still shaking I'm concerned the sun's going down and I have increased anxiety. After it passed over my RV it shot up in the air and was gone in about 2 seconds. It Departed back toward the North basically making a U-turn to the right from start to finish. The whole encounter from the time I saw it from at least 40,000 ft until it buzzed over me at maybe 4,000 ft was only 15 seconds elapsed. It didn't make any noise.
