So there I was, chillin' in my buddy's garage, strumming a few tunes on the guitar, when suddenly, the air got all static-y, like right before a summer storm. But it wasn't no storm, not with the sky clear as a bell. I stepped out to get a better look, and there it was—this big ol' thing hovering just above the treetops. It was shaped like a fat doughnut, with the center kinda shimmering like heat waves. No sound at all, just hangin' there, defying all logic. My buddy was all 'no way, man' until it started glowing this weird purplish color, kinda like a blacklight, and then, whoosh, it zipped off in a zigzag pattern, faster than anything I've ever seen. We just stood there, jaws on the floor, trying to process what in the world just happened.
