Moving star like, large bright lights, triangle, strobing

Witness Account

You can see right above us a large amount of activity. I have counted 24 in less than an hour but all of us, that admit it, have seen them. The last 2 nights there are up to 10 flying around like their drunk or joy riding doing circles, stopping, go fast etc. But until I saw them going around a triangle of 3 stars. Then the triangle moved and they moved with it. It's more like they aren't playing, their learning. We also have every evening at sunset, bright lights West of us, that come close and stay still then move from South to North. Or just instantly disappear. There's 3 that seem to start strobing when the get into place with each other. 1 West of us, 1 North, East behind us, 1 South, East behind us. The 1 West of us stays white light until the other 2 show up. There's an old reservoir next door to us. If you stand on the uprise walk you will see them every night. You can see them after dark, around 10 pm on up through 1 am every night. That's when I go out. I really am not the only one watching them every night.
