So there I was, knee-deep in paint, trying to finish this mural for the art competition. The warehouse was silent, the kind of quiet that wraps around you, only broken by the occasional clang of my paint cans. Suddenly, the lights flickered, not just in the warehouse but the whole block went dark. A hum, deep and resonant, filled the space. It felt like it was vibrating through my bones. I stepped outside to see what was going on, and that's when I saw it—hovering above the old grain silo, a disc-like object with an iridescent sheen. It was massive, like a floating dinner plate, and it moved with such grace, almost like it was swimming through the air.
