Witness Account

I was at the farmer's market with my friend, browsing the stalls for fresh produce when we both noticed something odd above the old water tower. At first, it looked like a big metallic balloon just hanging there, not moving at all. But then, as if it had sensed our gaze, it started to shimmer in the sunlight, sending small flashes of light across the crowd. It was almost like it was reflecting messages in Morse code. My friend joked about it being a weird art installation, but I couldn't shake the feeling that it was watching us. As we watched, the object began to rotate slowly, revealing a perfectly smooth surface, and a series of what looked like small portholes. The whole market fell silent as more people noticed it. Then, without warning, it zipped straight up into the sky and vanished in a blink.
