So, I'm just chilling in my backyard, you know, sipping on some iced tea, when suddenly, the wind goes eerily still. The crickets stopped their chirping, like they were holding their breath. Out of nowhere, this metallic humming sound fills the air, not like anything I've ever heard before. I look up and see this huge, shiny, disc-shaped object just hovering above my neighbor's oak tree. It's not making any moves, just floating there, as if deciding whether to come down for a closer look or not. The weirdest part? My phone, sitting right beside me, just shuts off completely. No power, nada.
