Witness Account

It looked like an area of mist or cloud out over the water, that was being lit up by a white light inside of it. As it got closer to land could see that it was roughly triangular, standing upright with a point facing upward. It went much less bright as it reached the bay and looked like a mist or haze. There was a white light shining from a point above it and another apeared at the bottom right side at one point then faded or turned away from us. The background was dark night sky. We watched it for about three minutes until it went out of view.
