Witness Account

I was up in the north woods, just doing a bit of fishing by the old timber dam. The water was so calm, you could see your reflection clear as day. Out of nowhere, this giant triangular thing hovered above the trees, making no sound. I thought it was a stealth jet or something from the airbase, but this thing, it shimmered like a mirage and was so low, you could almost touch it. It just hung there for a minute, then did this bizarre sideways shimmy and shot up into the clouds faster than anything I've ever seen. My fishing line was glowing faintly blue after it left. I have no idea what that was, but it sure wasn't from around here.
