Witness Account

I spotted the object while looking at a plane in the sky. On radar, the plane was 41,000 ft in the air. I cannot tell if the object was higher or lower than the plane. The object was a perfectly round white, almost ball of light with periodic lights flashing from it – one of the lights flashing from it appeared to be a longer line and the other flashed closer to the object. The lights did not appear random or organic, they were similar in length and shape each time. The object was not on the radar app. It appeared to hover in place, and at times appeared to move very slowly. I was able to capture photos and video.
