Witness Account

At 11:10 pm on Saturday, march 28, I was driving home from work, I parked outside my house, and looked up, as I saw what I thought was a plane, to which I looked closer and noticed it was just white flashing lights, which to my knowledge is illegal, and then I noted the speed, it was going crazy fast, I’m talking it went across the sky in less than 3 seconds. Exact shape was unidentifiable, but I am 100 percent sure of two things, planes don’t flash white lights alone, let alone that quick, and they don’t go across the sky in less than three seconds, let alone do so completely silent.
