Vertical, stationary, larger than a 747 and maybe 30-60k feet, had plane flying below for a bit of perspective, clear skies.

Witness Account

Noticed a 1/2 inch (pinch at arms length) by 2mm skinny long floating "yarn" shaped white thing. Didn't move, sat and watched it for 2-3 min, didn't float up or down or away, stayed the same basic size. Wasn't a sharp edged thing, kinda fuzzyish and not 100% vertical, a slight tilt to the left, not 100% straight. I was looking just to the north or perfect East, up at a 50-55 degree angle. A helicopter was flying below coming from the North and flying South a few miles to my East past the lake over the hill at good altitude, maybe flight for life? As it flew under the object they were similar in size but the length of the "yarn" was 3x-5x vs the helicopter and now I could tell it was way up in altitude. Up where the commercial jets fly, the fuzzyness was mositure in the atmosphere over those distances. It was huge and way the F up there basically. I tried to take a picture, but I was on a Waverunner, but it gave me a timestamp. I yelled to the other Waverunner if he is seeing that, and he confirmed. I looked in bewilderment for a few more minutes (maybe a total of 10) and rode off. When I stopped I looked up again and it was gome. We had clear sky's, it was 95 and humid.
