A spinning light in the sky, in one place for a time. After several seconds, it disappeared. It was too low to be a plane or helicopter, and too high to be a paper lantern or balloon. It could not have been a shooting star because of the prolonged still motion. It stayed in the air and appeared to spin then completely disappeared.
