Witness Account

At 9:00 PM, I went out to my balcony for some fresh air and noticed an object in the sky. I initially mistook it for a star, but just as I was about to turn away, it suddenly changed position with incredible speed, making a sound similar to a laser. I continued to watch it; it moved in a circular pattern before coming to a stop in one spot. The object resembled a "yo-yo" with a ring-like outer structure. I could not tell if the material was metallic or not, but the structure was distinct.
