light like orb move quickly upwards, bright circle, simple wavy sides, very bright, movement, disappeared, no clouds

Witness Account

On back patio looking north sky high in the sky a moving orb of light quick and then turning into a brilliant glowing circle of white and the some blue with movement on the sides and then disappearing. No clouds. Seemed not too far away, and it could have been large.
