Witness Account

On the early morning of Saturday, May 31, 2026, at approximately 3:58 AM, the primary witness was alone outside in the backyard of a residence in Port Angeles, Washington, near a small bonfire. The sky was dark. Over a period of roughly 3–4 minutes (until approximately 4:01–4:02 AM), the witness observed and photographed multiple unidentified lights/objects in the sky. At least 10 distinct lights were visible across the series of photos. In several frames the objects appear as small, bright, elongated or slightly curved lights, some with a short soft trail or faint cross-like structure, and a bluish-white coloration that shifted toward white. The lights were seen against a backdrop of trees and overhead utility lines. Multiple photographs were taken with a Motorola G Stylus 2025 smartphone. No sound was reported. The witness has almost no memory of the event afterward. In the days following the sighting he became severely ill, required repeated hospitalization, and was critically unwell for several days. No other witnesses were present at the time of the sighting.
