Witness Account

My family was camping at the UFO Valley campground adjacent to Skinwalker Ranch in Fort Duschene, UT. We’ve camped here many times in the past and have never seen anything out of the ordinary. There were other campers in the campground, one party was shining a green laser at the Mesa, the other was shining a bright, powerful spotlight around the area. We were up late chatting and looking at the stars, through scattered cloud cover. We had observed many satellites moving in the sky above us that night, and the night prior. As we were chatting I noticed a streak of light below the horizon line, that quickly disappeared. It reappeared seeming to hover and then move in a streak toward the north (looking at the Mesa), as if coming from the Mesa and moving away. It came in flashes of LED light, moving to the north as if it were hovering above the campground behind our tent. We watched it there for several seconds, before it then streaked back across the sky, again in flashes of light and then dark moving erratically and incredibly fast back toward the Mesa.
