Witness Account

I heard the ultrasonic jets flying between 1 AM and 1:45 so I could not sleep. I went downstairs to step out my front door and see if the deer were eating my shrubs and I immediately noticed a medium large circular white bright light moving from the west to east approaching my house, and it continued totally silently as it went over I saw small round lights that flashed in sequence around the underside perimeter counter clockwise. It was not as high as usual plane traffic; no red/green plane wing indicator lights and it was not shaped like your typical asymmetrical drone, but I assumed it was a drone of some type. Definitely unidentified. I checked but found no other reports of the of it.
