Witness Account
While observing the ISS passing overhead, I saw a star-like object travelling parallel to, and just north of the ISS. It was perhaps 5 degrees north of the ISS, and pacing it in the sky. It was pulsating in light intensity, about 6 times in the 40 seconds of observation. It's speed was about double that of the ISS. It went out of view in the northeast, as did the ISS.
